TOEIC ® Remote Proctoring Test

Our remote TOEIC® test is not available for sale on our website. To take this test, you must go Registration for a TOEIC® test with remote proctoring is only possible through academic institutions or training centers for their own students/learners.   

If you are an individual, please register for a TOEIC test at a test center.   

Your digital score report will be available on your online account in the “Past tests” section. 

If you ordered any printed documents such as paper score reports and/or certificates, these will be sent to the address specified on your order. 

Please enquire with your academic institution or training center if your took your test through one of these organizations.

TOEIC® Listening and Reading 

With remote procroting

  • 10 working days after the test date  

In a test center:

  • Online (on a computer or tablet): 3 to 5 hours after the end of the test 
  • Paper-based: 10 to 15 working days* after receipt of the answer sheets  
  • Paper-based with Express Scoring: 2 to 5 working days* after receipt of the answer sheets 

TOEIC® 4-Skills 

With remote procroting

  • 10 working days after the test date  

In a test center:

  • On a computer: 10 working days after the test date

TOEIC® Speaking and Writing 

In a test center

  • 10 to 15 working days* after the test date 

TOEIC® Bridge 

In a test center

  • Online (on computer or tablet): 3 to 5 hours after the end of the test 
  • Paper-based: 7 working days* after receipt of the answer sheets 
  • Paper-based with Express Scoring: 3 working days* after receipt of the answer sheets 

* Estimations based on a postal shipment and can vary depending on the test location.   
Working days: excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Please note that the TOEIC test with remote proctoring is not available to purchase as an individual.  

Change date / add options : 

You will first need to cancel your registration and then make a new one according to the next available dates. 

Cancel a registration : 

1. Vouchers 

Cancel before the test appointment time and the voucher will be reactivated with the same validity conditions. You will then be able to register again using the same voucher. 

2. Registration purchased through our website  

Before canceling your registration, please acknowledge our refund policy as part of our terms and conditions (article 7.3). 

3. Steps to cancel a registration 

  1. Log in to your account 
  2. Open the "Tests to come" tab 
  3. Click on "+ Manage my registration"  
  4. Then, click on "•••" to the right of the box 
  5. Finally, click on "Cancel my registration" 

If you don't have an account yet, follow these steps first: 

  1. Open the email "Your invoice is now available" or "Order confirmation". 
  2. At the bottom of the page, click on the "My account" button and then create a new account, your registration will then be linked. 

Click on the link in the email you received, select your test date and register. Remember to do so before the deadline.  

At the end of your registration, please create an account or log in to your existing account to access all the relevant information about your test.  

Once your registration has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. 

Please check your Spam and Junk folders.    

If you haven't received it, please contact your training organization or higher education institution. 

Please make sure you are using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.   

Check the expiration date of the voucher and clear your browser's cache and cookies and try again. 

If the problem persists, please contact us.   

You will receive the email at least 72 hours before the test date.

If the problem persists, you can contact ProctorExam's technical support team via the chat button on the right-hand side of your screen. 

On the test day, you must have an acceptable and valid ID (not expired) with a signature and a recent photograph to be admitted to a test center.

We remind you that in France, the identity card is valid for an additional 5 years, if it was issued to an adult (+18 years old) between 2006 and 2013. You can find more information about this here. If this is your case and it corresponds to the criteria mentioned above, you can be admitted to the test center.

Acceptable primary identification documents:

  • National identification or passport for E.U test-takers taking the test in the E.U.;
  • Passport for non-Europeans test-takers (important: resident permits are not authorised);
  • Driver’s license or military identification for test-takers who are taking the test in their country of citizenship (you could, for example, use your French driver’s license to take the test in France).

If you do not log in for the test, you will be marked as a No Show.   

  • Were you registered with a voucher? Your voucher will be automatically reactivated once.   
  • Were you registered directly with a training organization or an academic institution? Please contact them.   

Reconnect to the testing platform by following the link in your convocation email. Your test will resume at the last question displayed before the interruption. 

Within a maximum of 10 days from the date of your test, the test recordings will be reviewed by our team.
